A:918 - HQ Hangar staff turn hostile after exp is granted randomly
The player will receive exp seemingly randomly, and then everyone turns hostile. Potentially this bug is related to having followers with the player, as this seems to be a common factor amongst reports, but does not seem to be caused by followers initiating combat (the workers appear to start the fight).
If you are experiencing this problem, and you know how to replicate it or have any other insight, please comment with your experience.

EvillynneI commented originally that it was happening in HQ, but now it is happening in all my settlements, even those not created through SS2 like the New Rexford Hotel added by Remnants and Outcasts. Just wanted to update with that. I do have both Dogmeat and Heather Casdin with me, haven't tested whether it happens if I am solo.

LiamI've had this happening without a companion.
Every time it's happened for me has been right after a notice that an HQ cleanup or construction project has finished.
First time I noticed it, I was at Revere Satellite Array to get Rob Lambair and got several notices about Hangar cleanup projects all at once. Got the random XP just after sending Rob to a settlement. I fast traveled from there to HQ. No issues until I entered the Hangar, when all of the scientists (but not guards or patients) went hostile. Reloaded and tried again, this time leaving about 5 minutes real time (about how long it takes for settlers to go back to normal after a battle) before going back to HQ and it was fine that time.
Most recently, I was on the roof of HQ after talking to Salvador, got a notice that a bathroom in the Hangar had been built, walked to the edge of the roof, got some random XP, and then the HQ exterior turrets turned hostile. -

KennethNot sure how to replicate or if this has anything to do with it....
Finished main quest (destroyed Institute) from Minute Men side and without railroad and BOS being hostile to me.
I don't think I'm getting any random experience after entering HQ but a significant amount of HQ staff start turning hostile especially after entering Hanger. Have had Dr. Meztli Jones turn hostile in main part of HQ.
